Guarantee

The products were made in accordance with the HRN DE2.105 standard
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of buying the product provided that it is adhered to the instruction for maintenance.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. The producer OMEGA PANELI gives guarantee of 12 months for all their products.

2. The producer guarantees that the product shall function perfectly during the guarantee time-period provided that the buyer adheres to the use instructions.

3. The time-period for removal of possible deficiencies and errors in the course of the guarantee duration lasts up to 45 days from the day of arrived complaint. The buyer is entitled to ask for the new product if the producer fails to remove all deficiencies within the set time-period. The costs of deficiencies removal within the guarantee time-period are going to be borne by the producer.

4. The guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
a. If the guarantee list lacks the stamp of producer and date of sale, whereas the date of invoice is taken as the starting date;
b. If it can be seen that the date of sale is changed;
c. For errors which occur due to the unprofessional assembly, immoral use and immoral conditions of installing and use of products.

5. Duration of bathroom furniture is 5 years after expiry of guarantee.
Within that period of time, the producer undertakes to assure replacement parts and servicing.

6. After expiry of guarantee, all costs of repairing are charged to the buyer.
